ことのは 基本の振り返りが自信に変わる瞬間
みなさん、こんにちは！お久しぶりのブログです。
今日は、私の教室でゼロから日本語の学習をスタートされた、ある学習者さんのとっても素敵なエピソードをシェアさせてください。
先日、ついに「テキスト1」を無事に終えられた学習者さん。 「さあ、次のステップへ進みましょうか！」と今後のご相談をしたところ、学習者さんから返ってきたのは、こんな言葉でした。
「もう一度、しっかり復習がしたいです」
基本を一つひとつ丁寧に学び、ご自身でも本当に熱心に振り返りをされてきた学習者さん。その努力の甲斐あって、楽しそうに話せるようになっています。
そこで、これからの課題も考え、今回は「マスターテクストアプローチ」を取り入れて復習を進めていくことにしました！
記念すべき復習の第1回目のレッスンが終わったあと、学習者さんから弾んだ声で嬉しい感想をいただきました。
「すごくおもしろかったです！」
この「おもしろい」の正体は、きっと「話せた！」「できた！」という確かな実感。
基本を丁寧に繰り返すことで、いつの間にか言葉が自然と口から出てくるようになる。 まさに「気づいたら話せるようになっている」という、感覚のマジックのようですよね。
学習差はさんが自分で自分の成長を感じ、学ぶ楽しさにワクワクしている姿を見る瞬間が、講師として何よりの喜びです。
これからも、一歩一歩「できた！」を積み重ねていきましょうね。サポートがんばります！
The moment reviewing the basics turns into true confidence.
Hello everyone! It’s been a while since my last blog update, but I’m back!
Today, I’d like to share a truly wonderful story about a student who started learning Japanese from absolute scratch in my class.
Just the other day, this student successfully completed “Textbook 1.” When we sat down to discuss the next steps and where to go from here, the student gave me the most inspiring response:
“I would love to go back and do a thorough review first.”
From the very beginning, they have approached each and every basic point with great care and have been incredibly dedicated to reviewing on their own. Thanks to all that hard work, they can now speak Japanese with so much joy!
So, looking ahead at their future goals, we decided to adopt a “Master Text Approach” for this review phase to move forward.
Right after our memorable first review lesson ended, the student shared their happy feedback with an excited voice:
“That was so much fun!”
I believe the secret behind that “fun” is the undeniable feeling of “I said it!” and “I did it!”
By carefully revisiting the fundamentals, the words suddenly start flowing out naturally before you even know it. It truly feels like magic—the magic of realizing, “Wow, I’m actually speaking!”
Seeing the student recognize their own growth and get genuinely excited about the joy of learning is, hands down, the greatest reward for me as a teacher.
